‘Woke’ Corporation Censors Conservative News — And Trump Is Furious

It was only a matter of time before corporations realized they must go ‘woke’ to protect their profit margins. Unfortunately for those of us on the right – or anyone who disagrees with insidious liberal orthodoxy for that matter – that means our ability to take in news is becoming increasingly difficult.

Not to mention Joe Biden’s plea to major media companies to censor anyone and everyone who doesn’t fall in line with or has a slightly different take than the leading public health officials.

It’s truly a bleak state of affairs that leftist demands are winning out and conservative voices are being silenced at such an accelerated rate. Luckily for us, however, there’s one politician willing to stand up against these ‘woke’ executives who remain dedicated to limiting free speech rights for regular Americans not poisoned with liberal brain rot.

Former President Donald Trump continued his Save America Tour over the weekend in Arizona where he gave a signature high-energy speech to a crowd of thousands.

Trump came increasingly close to calling for a full boycott of AT&T for its “woke” executives succumbing to cancel culture after they announced the cancellation of One America News Network (OAN) from DirecTV’s programming lineup.

AT&T owns a 70% stake in its spun-off DirecTV satellite platform and was urged in a letter from activists in November to deplatform and censor OAN.

Just this week, days after Biden called on media to censor information amid the pandemic, DirecTV announced it would not renew the contract to broadcast OAN when it expires in April.

“You know why? Because people told them not to do it,” Trump told the Arizona crowd.

Trump blasted AT&T and DirecTV for giving in to leftist activists that had called for a decoupling of the conservative TV network.

OAN remains one of the only networks remaining willing to tell the truth about the disastrous 2020 presidential election, which was stolen from President Trump using dead-of-night cheating tactics and COVID regulations to rig Biden’s so-called victory.

Trump, in turn, defended OAN executives Charles and Robert Herring, who attended the rally.

“This is horrible; this is a great network; these are great people,” Trump said. “I watch it all the time and you really get the truth, and they want to cancel him now because of politics, for purely political reasons.

“It’s a disgrace what’s going on, but I don’t think that people are going to stand for it, especially One America News, the job you’ve done.”

Trump hinted at calling for a boycott, but didn’t quite go all the way.

The Jan. 6 witch hunt committee is monitoring Trump’s every word, so any inflammatory rhetoric will merely keep them on his back.

“So maybe what we should do is not use AT&T,” Trump told his rally.

If dropped by DirecTV, OAN will be carried only on Verizon Fios and a handful of small carriers, leaving it in fewer than 5 million cable homes.

It would be nothing for a Democrat to demand a boycott of a conservative-owned company without any consequences or claims of corruption.

Remember AOC’s failed attempt to bring down Goya, the Hispanic foods brand?
