It looks like more members of the close-knit Trump family are abandoning New York City for Florida with Donald Trump Jr., and girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle reportedly looking at homes in the Palm Beach area.
“There is no way they can stay in New York. They’d be tortured in the streets,” a purported insider told the New York Post. Another possible factor: Some Democrat officials in New York have vowed to go after the Trumps on what will likely turn out to be make-believe, politicized charges.
That being said, even many liberals have fled the Empire State, and the Big Apple in particular, over high taxes, draconian COVID restrictions, and surging crime.
Neither Trump Jr., 43, nor Guilfoyle, 51, have as yet confirmed that they are heading south.
Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner have already purchased property in an exclusive enclave in Miami-Dade County, however, and Tiffany Trump is reportedly also planning to move to the Miami area.
It is expected President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will relocate full time to or near Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.

Donald Trump Jr. is executive vice president of the Trump organization and one of the MAGA movement’s most effective advocates. Guilfoyle, the ex-Court TV, CNN, and Fox News journalist, similarly campaigned extensively for the president after joining a pro-Trump Super PAC.
According to the Palm Beach Daily News, Guilfoyle was recently spotted house-hunting without Trump Jr. in Palm Beach. The Post, however, suggests that the couple may prefer Jupiter in northern Palm Beach County near where the Trump National Golf Club is located. Trump Jr.’s ex-wife Vanessa and the five children of the marriage live in Jupiter.
“They are committed to each other…They are looking at a very secure, guarded, protected community with like-minded conservatives. There’s no way they will ever feel welcome in New York,” a source told the Post about Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle.
Even after all this time, Fox News has still not officially replaced KG, as she is known, on the daily political roundtable The Five, where she was one of the dominant conservative personalities. Instead, the network continues to rotate various others through the fifth chair. The divorced former San Francisco prosecutor was married to now Calif. Gov. Gavin Newsom when the Democrat was mayor of that city.
If they decide to pull up stakes, Eric Trump and Lara Trump may be looking elsewhere rather than south Florida, however, particularly given rumors that Lara may run for U.S. Senate from North Carolina in 2022. Lara was born in Wilmington, N.C., and graduated from North Carolina State University.
