We all lived through the 2020 Election. We all know what happened. But today, if you talk about voter “irregularities” or possible fraud online, major social networks will try to censor or ban you.
It’s almost as if the powers that be know that Biden doesn’t deserve to be in the White House. So, they are exerting as much force as necessary to stop us from saying what we all know to be true.
Donald Trump fought for months for election integrity and transparency. You’d have to be a fool to not realize suspicious stuff was happening all over the country. Democrats exploited the COVID pandemic to push rules that violated state election laws. That created a situation in many states that made it impossible to validate mail-in and other ballots (not to mention let late ballots be counted).
Only a liar would claim these changes didn’t amount to some level of fraud.
When Trump demanded the courts step in—as they often do—to overrule these unlawful rules and reject thousands of ballots, they refused. That prevented anyone from knowing properly who rightly won the election in many districts.
Only now, months after the damage has been done, are courts fixing the problem.
Long after former President Donald Trump dropped his legal challenges to the 2020 election, some courts in battleground states are beginning to declare the way widespread absentee ballots were implemented or counted violated state laws.
The latest ruling came this month in Michigan, where the State Court of Claims concluded that Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s instructions on signature verification for absentee ballots violated state law…
In neighboring Wisconsin, the state Supreme Court handed down a significant ruling in December when the justices concluded that state and local election officials erred when they gave blanket permission allowing voters to declare themselves homebound and skip voter ID requirements in the 2020 elections…
Meanwhile in Virginia, a judge in January approved a consent decree permanently banning the acceptance of ballots without postmarks after Election Day. [Source: Just the News]
And that’s just for starters. Several more legal battles continue in various other states. How much do you want to bet they’ll rule much the same way?
Isn’t it funny that these courts were so unwilling to rule on all this back in November? But now, with Joe Biden firmly in the White House (and the impeachment attempt against Trump over), they are finally doing their job. Their rulings will actually prevent future elections from being compromised, as various cases addressed mail-in ballots without signatures or the counting of ballots past Election Day.
So, let me get this straight. The 2020 Presidential Election will forever be marred by these questionable problems, but future elections will be secured? The establishment is okay with Trump losing, but nobody else?
They effectively made sure our democracy was safe from a dangerous resurgence of Trump. I get it now.
