Soon after the media pinned the January 6 riot on Trump, many “Republicans in Name Only” revealed their true colors.
Many Republicans in D.C., including some from within Trump’s own cabinet, turned on the president. They blamed him for the events at the Capitol, ignoring obvious evidence that he had nothing to do with it. These politicians were clearly using the event to save their own skin, and win over the approval of the D.C. swamp.
It got even worse, when several Republicans in the House (and the Senate) voted against Trump in the left’s bogus second impeachment. Very quickly, however, these Republicans faced backlash from their states. They were censured by the state GOP and some are facing tough primary challenges for 2022.
But one of these RINOs apparently hasn’t gotten the memo. Because she is still attacking Trump, pushing the left’s pathetic lies.
Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) said Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “Your World” that she would not support Donald Trump if he were the 2024 Republican Party nominee…
“I’ve been clear about my views about what happened on January 6th, about my views of the president’s culpability… For us as a party, we have to be the party of hope and aspirations, and we cannot embrace insurrection and can’t minimize what happened January 6. I think all of us, regardless of partisanship, have an obligation and a duty to the Constitution, a duty to the peaceful transition of power.”…
Cavuto asked, “If Donald Trump were the 2024 nominee, would you support him?”

It seems that Cheney is a woman that does not learn from her mistakes. Donald Trump is the only reason there still is a Republican Party. His leadership and dogged determination prevented this country from going over the edge, post-Obama. And he is the only thing that will help Republicans win back D.C., to stop Biden from completely ruining our country.
For Cheney not to see that, she is willingly blind (or stupid).
Furthermore, Cheney has already been reprimanded by her state’s Republican Party (as well as many voters back home). She knows that opposing Trump now is toxic to her future in Congress. Already, there is a strong candidate running against her. Does she want to lose in 2022?
What’s ironic is that Liz went on to talk about important issues Republicans need to battle in the coming years. She mentioned opposing Democrats on Afghanistan, oil and gas drilling, the Green New Deal, and rewriting our history in schools. Does she really think Republicans have a chance at victory on all those fronts, if they oppose a man like Trump?
Does Cheney think we can overcome the left’s socialist agenda, by turning on one of our most popular, influential, and effective members?
I wonder if she’s really that stupid?
