President Donald Trump scored another major victory on Wednesday as Tulsi Gabbard was confirmed as Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in a 52-48 vote.
Gabbard’s confirmation marks Trump’s 14th successful Cabinet appointment, solidifying his vision for a stronger, more America First intelligence community.
Despite fierce Democratic opposition, Gabbard secured key Republican support, thanks to the backing of Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Tom Cotton and Vice President JD Vance.
“For over two decades, Tulsi has fought for our Country and the Freedoms of all Americans,” Trump said. “She will bring the fearless spirit that has defined her illustrious career to our Intelligence Community, championing our Constitutional Rights, and securing Peace through Strength. Tulsi will make us all proud!”
Democrats Fought Hard—And Lost
Senate Democrats, led by Vice Chairman Mark Warner, tried desperately to derail Gabbard’s nomination, calling her a threat to national security.
“We need leaders in the Intelligence Community who will stand up to short-sighted attacks on our workforce,” Warner whined on the Senate floor. “Unfortunately, I do not believe Ms. Gabbard is such a leader.”
Translation: Democrats know Gabbard won’t play by the Deep State’s rules.
Their attacks failed. Every Republican, except Mitch McConnell, stood strong and confirmed Gabbard.
Gabbard’s America First Credentials Win the Day
Gabbard’s confirmation is a huge win for Trump’s national security agenda.
✔ Former U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with two decades of service
✔ Outspoken critic of regime change wars and endless foreign entanglements
✔ Fighter against Deep State overreach, including FISA abuse
✔ Once a Democratic presidential candidate—now a proud Republican!
Her stance on NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, opposition to unchecked surveillance, and meeting with world leaders like Syrian President Bashar al-Assad made her a thorn in the side of establishment Democrats—and a perfect pick for Trump’s intelligence overhaul.
Final Thoughts: The Deep State Is on Notice
With Gabbard at the helm of U.S. intelligence, Trump is officially cleaning house.
The days of politicized agencies spying on Americans, pushing globalist agendas, and protecting the Swamp are coming to an end.
Democrats tried everything to stop Gabbard, but Trump won again.
