Jen Psaki admitted to reporters, “We’ve reached out,” adding to the utter embarrassment that has been the Biden administration. “Diplomacy is always our goal,” she added.
The Biden administration is reportedly using diplomatic partners from Trump’s successful relationship with Chairman Kim Jong Un as well as our allies in the surrounding area, namely Japan and South Korea.
“To date we’ve yet to receive a response, but our only goal with the regime is to reduce escalation,” Psaki said to reporters.
A source close to a senior Biden administration official revealed there have been many attempts to reach North Korea through a number of diplomatic channels since Mid-February.
