Liberal Media Outraged At Trump’s Daily Coronavirus Updates, Here’s Why…

For the last few weeks, Donald Trump and his task force has been conducting daily press briefings. Meeting at the White House, they are informing the country about the aggressive moves the government is making to battle the virus. Every day, we get to hear from the president and his experts directly, as they provide updates and some good news. And the ratings for these briefings is skyrocketing. The media, as you can imagine, is furious.

Okay, let’s be honest: this outbreak took everyone by storm. The media was totally unconcerned over the spread of this disease. They actually parroted bogus statements from WHO back in January, when they claimed COVID-19 wasn’t transferable from person-to-person. In fact, they were more concerned with the idiotic impeachment scheme and the chaotic Democratic primaries.

Who was concerned? Donald Trump. Way back in January he closed the border to China, then Iran. Idiots like Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden accused him of being xenophobic and racist. They’re not saying that now.

As the crisis heated up, the media tried to shape their narrative to damage Trump. Even as the country was plunged into chaos, the con artists in the MSM were still trying to push their bias game. Some claim Trump’s response has been “slow” or not aggressive enough. Others continue their bang-up job of selectively editing video or quotes to misrepresent him. Then there are others who just try to contradict him, like petty, childish brats.

But, as is usual, the media doesn’t see how Americans view them. Most citizens consider the media to be a group of elite, uncaring, dishonest liars. People whose jobs will be just fine, as so many working Americans suffer. And as the media spreads rumor, fear, and panic, the president is daily providing a glimmer of hope and factual updates.

And the ratings of his briefings are soaring.

The ratings for President Trump’s daily briefing are soaring, and leftists are getting apoplectic.

The New York Times reluctantly admitted on Wednesday that the president’s daily coronavirus updates are garnering an average audience of 8.5 million on cable news, adding, “roughly the viewership of the season finale of ‘The Bachelor.’”

The Times moaned, “And the numbers are continuing to rise, driven by intense concern about the virus and the housebound status of millions of Americans who are practicing social distancing. On Monday, nearly 12.2 million people watched Mr. Trump’s briefing on CNN, Fox News and MSNBC, according to Nielsen — ‘Monday Night Football’ numbers. Millions more are watching on ABC, CBS, NBC and online streaming sites.” [Source: Daily Wire]

Democrats in the media can’t stand it that so many Americans are tuning into Trump’s briefings. And this is for their own networks! Millions of Americans are watching their stations for Trump’s updates. It’s giving them record ratings. And the media still complains.

Why? Because they have to thank Trump for the boost in viewership.

Because Trump is daily providing updates, it gives him unprecedented access to Americans. Sure, he can tweet or go on TV any time he wants. But because of the crisis, conservatives, liberals, and everyone in between are glued to their screens. They get to see Trump lead us with strength, confidence, and optimism.

That’s the last thing the media wants, right now. They want Americans fearful, panicking, and turning against the president. They want so desperately to blame Trump for this crisis. But when he appears each day beside the VP, experts, and members of his task force, he is proving that he is the right man for this situation.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden can’t even keep his facts straight—when speaking from his own home!

Make no mistake: the media isn’t concerned about this virus. They are thinking about November. Despite all this, they want to sabotage the president so he’ll lose to Biden. But the fact that Trump is garnering so many views?

It means there is little the media can do to hurt him.
