Former House Speaker Predicts Jail Time For 1/6 Witch Hunter

The United States has reached an impasse.

As a country are we going to take the road travelled by counties in Eastern Europe, South America and Asia? The path of radical leftism, socialism and Communism that’s resulted in the deaths of hundreds of millions? Or are we going to continue down the road paved by men far greater and immensely braver than the ones running America today?

As we collectively question America’s path, one thing remains certain: Nancy Pelosi’s House Select Committee investigating the events leading up to Jan. 6 is single-handedly the greatest political witch hunt in modern American history.

The members on Pelosi’s House Committee have abandoned rule of law in an effort to take down Washington D.C.’s enemy no.1 — Former President Donald J. Trump.

And they could very well pay the price — but only if Republicans take back majorities.

Attorney General Merrick Garland and members of the Jan. 6 witch Hunters could go to jail if Republicans win control of Congress in the midterm elections, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said.

“They are running over peoples’ civil liberties,” said Gingrich, who was speaker from 1995 to 1999.

“You have both with Attorney General Garland and with this Select Committee of January 6th, people who have run amok. They are breaking the rules. They are going after people in a way which is reminiscent of the British monarchy using closed-door systems that we outlawed deliberately because we had seen it.”

Gingrich stressed that “I think when you have a Republican Congress, this is all going to come crashing down, and the wolves are going to find out that they’re now sheep. And they’re the ones who are, in fact, going to, I think, face a real risk of jail for the kind of laws they’re breaking.”

The two Republicans serving on the House committee shot back at Gingrich for his comments.

Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney, who by all metrics is the single worst Republican of all time and a true war mongering whack job, resorted to the leftist argument tactic of virtue signaling. Instead of countering Gingrich’s claims, Cheney clutched her pears and waxed dramatic about the breakdown of the rule of law.

Then you have little Adam Kinzinger, a coward who isn’t running for reelection, who is basically not even worth mentioning, but he responded to Gingrich by using a popular GIF from the movie “Billy Madison.”

Gingrich’s predictions make ’22 even more exciting.
