The Democrats have spent three years trying to defeat Trump. Much of last year was dominated by their campaign to impeach the president over a phone call. They claim this was not only what they had to do, but something the American people were demanding. Well, I guess a few Americans didn’t get the message, because the GOP had a big announcement about what happened in 2019.
Don’t be fooled by anything the media says. The Democrats’ impeachment of Donald Trump was all about 2020. Just look at their lineup: Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, “Mayor Pete.” Not a star among them.
Democrats knew they had next to no chance at beating Donald Trump in the next election. So, they pulled out all the stops to push a bogus and fraudulent impeachment. It wasn’t really about removing him from office. It was about slandering him–and his party–so that nobody in the country would want to support him.
How has that worked out for them? Despite what CNN says, not great. The Democrats banked their entire reputation on impeaching a president that has brought record-low unemployment, a sky-high stock market, and historic trade deals. A president that has made good on every last campaign promise.
And now, his party put to rest any thought that the Democrats are winning over the hearts and minds of Americans.
The Republican National Committee reported its best-ever non-presidential year on Thursday — the latest signal that the party is outpacing Democrats as they race towards the 2020 elections and battle over impeachment.
Data provided to Fox News showed that Republicans collected $26.5 million in December, a record for the month and a roughly $6 million increase from November…
In total, the RNC and Trump’s fundraising committees brought in nearly a half-billion dollars ($463.6 million) in 2019, with $194.8 million cash-on-hand. The RNC itself raised $241.1 million, which officials said is a record for a non-presidential election year. [Source: Fox News]
Money isn’t the most important factor in elections, but it’s a pretty crucial one. The fact that the Republican Party broke records and racked up this much dough tells you something key.
Enthusiasm for Trump and his party is reaching all-time highs.
The party brought in nearly half a billion dollars last year. That is the year, by the way, when Democrats launched their impeachment scheme.
The liberal media has reported non-stop on the left’s bogus narrative that Trump “pressured” Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden.
You know the Democrats were counting on this impeachment to sink Trump’s success, once and for all. We were supposed to abandon ship after hearing about how the president “broke the law.” But even as the Democrats heated up their impeachment push, Americans were opening their wallets.
In fact, most signs indicate that the impeachment only increased Trump supporters’ enthusiasm. They watched as Democrats broke every rule to push a half-baked impeachment. During the same time, Trump scored some of his most important victories, including the Phase One deal with China and the USMCA.
Republicans aren’t wasting this opportunity. Not only do they have $0 of debt (a virtual miracle), but they are mobilizing to reach more voters than ever before.
Not only has fundraising reached record highs, the RNC has built out its largest field and data operation in history. That included the “Trump Victory” initiative which recently knocked on its one-millionth door. [Source: Fox News]
Not only is the GOP bringing in large sums of cash, but they are doing gangbusters when it comes to outreach.
An election can be made or broken by how well you can reach voters. There are millions of Americans who feel abandoned by the government. They don’t feel motivated to vote, because the elites in Washington have left them behind.
But not only are they seeing Trump fight for them, but the GOP is going to where they live. They are seeing Republicans offering help and support.
What are the Democrats doing? Impeachment.
Great job, you guys.
