Dem Vax Madness–State Wants to Tax Unvaccinated Double

Americans celebrated after a federal judge knocked down the CDC’s mask mandate for traveling. Scratch that, sane Americans celebrated the court ruling. That move ended one of the last, meaningless vestiges of the COVID panic as most Americans are ready to forget that dark chapter of our nation’s history.

But deranged liberals panicked over the announcement. Some even suggested boycotting airlines until they reimpose the rule. Its clear leftists will not give up the fearmongering and abuse of COVID for power easily—as we’ve warned since 2020. Now a state Democrat has really gone off the deep end. They want to tax double anyone who isn’t vaccinated.

A Democrat in Rhode Island has proposed a new bill that would tax residents who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 double on state income taxes.

The legislation was introduced by progressive state Senator Samuel W. Bell, who cited “a crisis with the pandemic” to justify the proposed policy. The bill states that every state resident, starting at age 16, needs to be vaccinated or face financial penalties.

“Every person of at least sixteen (16) years of age who is eligible for immunization against COVID-19 and who resides in the State of Rhode Island, works in the State of Rhode Island, or pays personal income taxes to the State of Rhode Island pursuant to chapter 30 of title 44 shall be required to be immunized against COVID-19,” the bill says.

The senator also referenced his young son’s lung disease in explaining why he introduced the bill. [Source: Daily Wire]

Oh, of course. His son has a lung disease. So, that justifies massive government overreach the likes of which we’ve never seen before.

Just as Americans are finally done with the COVID panic, this leftist want’s a final twist of the knife. It’s not enough that the state Democrats shut down states for nearly two years, forced mask mandates on healthy Americans, and jeopardized people’s jobs if they didn’t get vaccinated. Now, these geniuses want to tax workers double, for refusing an irreversible medical procedure.

We told you Democrats would never give up milking COVID-19. Ten years from now, they will still be pushing masks, vaccines (how many more boosts do we need?), and other measures if we let them. It’s too good of a crisis for them not to exploit again and again for power.

What’s so ironic about this is, if the idiots running Rhode Island’s legislature actually pass this law, it’s lights out of this state. Already we’ve seen thousands of Americans flee blue states because of high taxes and ridiculous COVID restrictions. Does Bell really think people are going to stick around a state with few economic options already if they have to pay double taxes?

This is one of the stupidest proposals we’ve seen in a long time. And I’m including all the idiotic policies Biden’s pushed since entering office.

You know what? I hope they do pass this law. Just to watch the exodus.
