Joe Biden has yet again referred to his second-in-command, Vice President Kamala Harris, as “President Harris” during a Thursday speech on vaccination. His blunders abound, but Biden does seem to have a fixation on Kamala Harris becoming President.

This isn’t the first time our rapidly declining septuagenarian commander-in-chief has referred to Harris as “President.” Even before taking office, Biden called Harris the “president-elect”.

Biden’s slip-ups don’t come as a surprise. There was much speculation on the campaign trail that Biden wasn’t mentally equipped enough to handle the challenges of leading the free world. Many believe Kamala is gearing up to take over Biden’s position once it’s determined that he’s not fit to lead.
