Deported illegal aliens now have a second chance to enter into the United States, thanks to a plan reportedly being considered by the current president Joe Biden. The plan to re-enter illegals will be presumably carried out by Biden’s Department of Homeland Security and be funded entirely with taxpayer dollars.
Then-President Donald Trump deported more than 950,000 criminal illegal immigrants out of the U.S. during his tenure — and open border liberals hope to see their return. Backed by corporate entities like the National Immigrant Justice Center, Biden’s supposed plan can be achieved through mere Executive Order; no legislation is required.
An official department within the DHS would be created solely for the purpose of processing applications to re-enter submitted by deported illegal aliens.
The AP reports:
The proposal has been shared with White House staff, and they’ve responded positively. It plans to invite Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to discuss the proposal and include a letter signed by 75 immigrants’ rights organizations supporting the plan.
Additionally, the Biden administration is in talks to provide amnesty and reparations for another 1,000+ illegal immigrants deported by the Trump administration. The Far-Left American Civil Liberties Union has been in negotiations with the Biden administration since he assumed office to ensure the safe and legal return of thousands of illegals. Currently the ACLU represents many parents who’s children remain in the U.S. under DACA laws.
The Biden administration has not categorically supported the plan proposed by open borders activists, but subtle movements in the White House suggest they are receptive to such a measure, including their official amnesty plan.
It’s been previously reported that the Biden White House plans to give amnesty to nearly-one million illegal aliens already deported by the Trump administration. The Former President’s deportation orders began in January 2017 – almost immediately after he assumed office.
However, the specifics of the plan remain shaky, but this we know: already-deported illegals may return to the U.S. and apply for amnesty as long as they have not been convicted of either three misdemeanors or one felony.
If Biden were to execute this plan, the result would be a foreign population living in the U.S. that is roughly five-times the population of New York City. Already there are close to 22 million illegal immigrants living in the U.S. and double that of foreign nationals. If allowed to move forward, Biden’s plan would send America down a path of irreparable destruction.
