Ever since Donald Trump announced he would be filling RBG’s seat, Democrats have been melting down. They’ve made up one excuse after another as to why the president can’t exercise his lawful duty to fill that seat. Joe Biden, watching his presidential chances slip away, is making the wildest claim yet. Apparently, he knows nothing about the Constitution.
What you’re seeing from the left now is perhaps the biggest adult temper tantrum in the history of the world. And that includes the left’s tantrum in 2016, when Trump won—and their temper tantrum in 2018, when they smeared and slandered a good man’s name.
The fact remains, Democrats don’t like losing power. And they hate it when they are powerless to stop something good happening for the American people. The death of RBG was unfortunate, but it is President Trump’s Constitutional duty to fill that seat. With an election just around the corner, it would be irresponsible to have only 8 justices on the court, if they had to make a decision regarding the election.
Democrats have invented all kinds of reasons Trump can’t do his job—mostly out of thin air. They made bogus threats about adding new senators and states—and even “packing” the court with more justices.
Their latest lie has come from Dan Rather, who claims Republicans lawfully filling court seats is the real “packing”—proving just how ignorant and dishonest Democrats have become.
Joe Biden openly declared it was “un-Constitutional” for Trump and Republicans to confirm Amy Coney Barret. Now, that whopper is backfiring.
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is facing pushback to his claim that Republican efforts to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court are not “constitutional.”
Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Biden again declined to say whether he supports packing the court like some in his party and tried to turn the issue back on Republicans.
“The only court packing going on right now is going on with Republicans… It’s not constitutional what they’re doing,” Biden told reporters, arguing the vacancy caused by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg should not be filled until after November’s presidential election…
“To say that filing a vacancy on the Supreme Court is ‘court packing’ is like saying that a ‘Hail Mary’ pass at the end of a football game is ‘intentional grounding,’” said George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley. “The Constitution expressly allows for such for a nomination and confirmation.” [Source: Fox News]
Democrats are trying all kinds of mental yoga to bend the rules in their favor. We’ve talked about this all the time. They lose elections because they are bad at their job. So, they try to ram their agenda through the courts—an agenda American voters rejected. When that doesn’t work, they resort to the media to spin all kinds of lies to confuse and distract from the facts.
Biden might have been just “confused” when he said it’s “not constitutional” for Republicans and Trump to fill the vacancy. But the fact of the matter is, he is just repeating the half-baked talking points the braindead leaders of the DNC cooked up just a few days ago. They have no power to block the appointment of a respected judge, wife, and mother to the court. So, they are inventing bogus lies, hoping the foolish public will believe them.
They haven’t yet realized the “foolish” public no longer believes whatever CNN tells them. Millions of Americans have rejected the left and their toxic agenda. They don’t want Biden or any of these radicals telling them what to do. And the more we learn about ACB, the more we are convinced she’s the right woman for the job.
So, keep spinning your nonsense, Biden, it won’t make a difference anyway.
