Alabama Passes Strongest Pro-Life Bill–Drives Democrats Crazy

Alabama’s state legislature just passed one of the toughest pro-life bills we’ve ever seen. It strikes a powerful blow against the abortion lobbyist and will set the start for a larger battle that might determine the fate of the practice in the United States. Pro-life patriots are cheering, but you better believe Democrats are foaming at the mouth in rage.

We’ve seen major victories in the war against abortion in recent years. With the election of Donald Trump to the White House, we have one of the strongest pro-life presidents we’ve ever seen. President Trump is appointing conservative judges across America—who will fight for the life of every America.

Across the country, pro-life advocates have been seeing victory after victory. Georgia just signed into law the Heartbeat Bill, which prohibits abortion when a heartbeat is detected. That bill was so strongly hated by liberals, that Hollywood elitists are boycotting the state. I’m sure Georgians are just heartbroken about that!

Not to be outdone, the Alabama state government just passed an even stronger pro-life bill. It has passed through their House and Senate. It only awaits the signature of their conservative governor to become law. This bill will effectively outlaw abortion in the state.

On Tuesday evening, the Alabama State Senate passed House Bill 314, the “Human Life Protection Act,” which bans all abortions except if the mother’s life is in danger. No exceptions are made for pregnancies caused by rape or incest.

If Republican governor Kay Ivey signs the bill, which passed in a vote of 25 to 6 and had already passed in the Alabama House, it will become law. Before the vote was taken, Alabama Sen. Clyde Chambliss opened the debate by saying, “When is a person a person? When does a life become a life? I believe that if we terminate the life of an unborn child, we are putting ourselves in God’s place.” [Source: Daily Wire]

This is the strictest pro-life bill we’ve ever seen. It bans abortions in Alabama, except in the case where the mother’s life is in danger.

Alabama’s Lieutenant Governor called out liberal states, who in recent months have tried to push for radical abortion laws. Both New York and Virginia have tried to pass late-term and post-birth abortions bills recently. The overwhelming outcry among citizens forced both states to shelve the bills. But you know they will be back to them as soon as the dust settles.

Abortion activists in Alabama are outraged over this new bill. Of course, they are. They, along with their goons in Planned Parenthood, make lots of money thanks to abortion. They gobble up tax payers dollars and other forms of revenue in this bloody industry. They’ve already promised a lawsuit to challenge the law, should the governor sign it.

But, according to conservatives, that was the goal all along.

Representative Terri Collins, who sponsored the bill, made it clear last week the intention of the bill was indeed to challenge Roe v. Wade, asserting, “The heart of this bill is to confront a decision that was made by the courts in 1973 that said the baby in the womb is not a person. This bill addresses that one issue. Is that baby in the womb a person? I believe our law says it is.” [Source: Daily Wire]

These pro-life advocates aren’t stupid. They know the abortion lobby will use every resource to challenge laws that protect American lives. So, they deliberately passed a strict pro-life bill, as bait for abortionists, so that the case would go all the way to the Supreme Court.

Alabama’s pro-life champions are taking a bold step toward ending abortion across America. If this law is taken all the way to the Supreme Court, it will force them to decide on Roe v. Wade, the infamous ruling that legalized child murder in America.

With a conservative majority in the SCOTUS, thanks to Trump, what do you think they’ll decide?
