Blue-State ERASES Science To Fit Far-Left Agenda

Blue-State ERASES Science To Fit Far-Left Agenda

This transpired more quickly than anticipated. Democrats have gotten right to the point with California’s most recent wave of legislation that disproves science and treats women and men the same. Women are no longer there. This is what was expected.

Two proposals in the Democratic Party’s most recent gambit refer to women who menstruate as “humans.” Democrats believe that men and women go through menstruation, which is not how any of this works biologically.

The state senate is now debating two proposals that eliminate women, according to a report from the California Family Council (CFC).

The attorney general of California’s wife, Mia Bonta, is the driving force behind Assembly Bill 1810, which maintains that “both males and female detainees require feminine products and birth control.”

According to the CFC, the bill’s overall goal is to eradicate women.

“AB 1810 aims to eradicate the concept of women by mandating birth control and menstruation products for both males and females incarcerated in jails and prisons. The law finally rejects fundamental science by substituting the word “person” for any reference to women or females in the present statute.”

It’s alarming for women to read that the CFC claims that “this insistence that biology doesn’t define sex is becoming a trend in legislation backed by both parties.”

The other measure, SB 59, stipulates that feminine products must be provided in every restroom in state-owned institutions. This is a follow-up measure that was passed into law last year and mandates that menstruation products be provided in both the boys’ and girls’ restrooms at primary schools that serve third to fifth graders.

Can we really be that far behind in educating kids that there are no biological distinctions between men and women? Could misgendering or neglecting to supply menstrual supplies in private sector restrooms result in state-enacted sanctions or legal repercussions for anybody doing business with “the state” in the future? You are aware of the responses to those queries.

The legislation as it stands now provides menstrual supplies to female detainees upon request. However, words have significance. “Women and females have been removed from the list of individuals who need these supplies, but if this measure passes, inmates would have quick access to these menstruation products without having to seek them,” claims the CFC.

According to Sophia Lorey of the Family Council, the proposed bill “disregards the basic dignity of women by seeking to obfuscate apparent biological disparities between males and females.” She warns that this bill “further pushes the erasing of women and defies fundamental biology” if lawmakers vote in favor of it.
